Rachel CHANTAL

Rachel Chantal, renowned for her expertise in French etiquette and elegant subtleties, founded Formaluxe in 2008.

She holds an MBA from the Institut Supérieur de Marketing de Luxe-Sup de Luxe, a Master’s in Marketing and International Trade, and is a Certified Trainee by the Protocolbureau in the Hague, Certified in HEC Short Executive Education Programmes, a Synergology Practitioner, and a Certified Expert by the Institut de Certification des Professionnels de la Formation et de la Prestation de Service Intellectuel. She shares her passion with executive committee members, managers and operational teams, in the form of conferences, coaching, quality audits and dedicated training.

She is an author of reference books, such as “Luxe et Elégance, l’excellence dans la relation client et le management”, translated into English and Chinese, and “L’Art du Savoir-Dire, les mots au service du luxe à la Française”. She also writes portraits of figures in the luxury industry, published by the famous Journal des Palaces.
